Who we are
These terms cover nycbright.com and roofing.nycbright.com, run by NYC Bright Roofing, a roofing company at 515 McDonald Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11218, serving Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Manhattan and Long Island. By using either site you agree to these terms.
Inspections and estimates
Roof inspections and estimates are free and carry no obligation. We do not quote a price over the phone. After an inspection we give you a written price for your roof. An estimate is not a contract and does not commit you or us to any work.
Prices in our advertising
A price shown as a starting price, such as a new roof starting at a given amount, is the lowest price for a standard job. The price for your roof depends on its size, pitch, condition, access, the materials you choose and any permit or repair work it needs, and is set out in your written estimate.
Contracts for work
Any roofing work is carried out under a separate written contract signed by you and by us. That contract sets out the price, the scope, the schedule, the payment terms and any warranty. Where that contract and these terms differ, the contract applies.
Financing
Financing is offered through third party lenders, is subject to the lender's approval and is governed by the lender's own terms. We do not make credit decisions.
Calls and text messages
When you send a form on either site you agree that NYC Bright Roofing may call and text you at the number you provided, including by automated means, about your request, your inspection and your project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts and HELP for help, or call (646) 921 6708. Your number and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
